Kitchen and Bath Designer

IMMEDIATE OPENING- We are seeking a Kitchen and Bath Sales Designer located in our Whitefish, MT location. The “perfect fit” has a passion for providing exceptional customer service, impeccable organizational skills, project management proficiency, attention to details and the ability to solve problems, motivated by designing the finest kitchens / bathrooms, and wants to be a part of a strong team. We’re different because of our ability to provide an organized, streamlined and seamless process to guide our projects from initial phases of design to completion. Oh and fun. We love to have fun!

Compensation is driven by a base salary and quarterly commissions (after a waiting period). Additionally, we offer paid time off (vacation), observe eight holidays and provide our team a flexible schedule to enjoy one of the greatest parts of the country.

What we need from you:

· Four years of kitchen design and sales experience (preferably)

· Three years of retail experience

· Creative with an eye for design

· Fully understand and utilize Monday.com to ensure that our team is following our process each and every day.

· Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the products

· Ability to anticipate and problem solve

· Manage order entry across all product lines and ensure accurate and timely orders

· Client friendly and outcome orientated selling and closing skills

· Experience designing in all design styles - transitional, traditional and contemporary designs

· Ability to handle multiple simultaneous, time sensitive projects with a positive attitude
